	Hello there, fellow mad wargamers. Just a short one this time. Professional Wargaming gets underway, First tournament a great success. The Inaugural Tower Games Tournament is quickly wrapping up, with the two last men standing Jefwfunk1 and Steingrim. All along the way the fighting has been intense and close. If you want to see the Grande Final, go to the club room where you can observe their games. Or you can see them on the Tournaments Table page. Next tournament, Gettysburg Day 1, ready to go. Prize money increased. Timer extended. And now we are ready for the 2nd Tower Games Tournament. This time, however, it will be easier and quicker for all concerned. Here's how it will go; The battle everyone will play will be Gettysburg Day 1. It will be a straight knock out, perhaps with one or two round robins at the beginning depending on numbers. But if 64 or more members join, then it will definitely be a straight knock out. The timer can be 2 days. Or whatever you like. However, games will end at the end of two weeks. At that time, even if the game is not finished, a winner will be declared depending on what the point scores in both games are at that time. This way the whole tournament can move along nicely. The prize money has been increased. This time US$200 to the winner and US$50 to the runner up. If you want to know more go to our new Tournaments page. And if you want to register for it send me an email. Tournament starts 25th August. So get ready, 'cause here it comes. Lightning War Tournament; Bastogne. After the Gettysburg Day 1 tournament, the next will be Bastogne. As we speak this scenario for Lightning War is being finished and going into play testing. Once finalised, and the 2nd tournament finished, this will start. If you think you are good at fighting in the snow with WWII weapons, pack yar bags 'cause we're sending ya to freeze yur butt off. So you might want to get practising. The large variets of weapons makes for very different fighting than to American Civil War. Lightning War scenario; Tuturials and AI. On the note of practising, we have also just released an AI for Lightning War, and it will give you a fairly good fight. You can also choose how tough you want to make the AI with a 2 level setting. There is even a level 3 AI coming. When you propose the game you can set the level there. This means you can now play the Tuturials by yourself, to get the hang of how the game works.
